I live nearby and often take my kids here. The staff have been so loving and friendly. I've had conversations with a few of the staff for a second and they are very down to earth and helpful. Some days are better than others but my main issue is how rude the customers often are to the staff. Yes it gets busy but they try their best to keep up with everything. Is the food perfect of course not but it's fairly affordable and a quick treat for my kids.

This place has staffs with poor customer service. The food is expensive enough and quality of food is bad but when you have staffs who can’t maintain an average customer service is over the top. There is nothing wrong with being honest when you run out of certain item the customer ordered but its really dumb of the staff to just throw any random stuffs in a bag without letting the customer know is pure stupid. People expect to get what they paid for and if you’re out just be honest! Don’t throw random stuff and customer had to find out later. Stay away from this location if you don’t want to b

Got 4 mcflurrys and the lazy workers did not even mix them. And when I asked the worker if the machine was broke she said yes. They totally lied to my face. They just don't want to clean the machine. If they are lazy about that what other things are they short cutting in this restaurant

I would have gave it a two star but they get a third star just for the fries Chicken is something weird about it I don't know if they're under cook it or over cook it there's always very stringy and they're flavorless
