Chipotle here is a complete hit or miss dependent on who’s behind the counter. Today, both of our chicken bowls somehow came with beef in them. That’s not a small mistake. We ordered a build a meal kit that serves 4-6 people. Our containers were half full or less. In the recent past we received full containers for the exact same order. It was barely enough to feed 3 people. I reported an issue on the app and got no response. Ordered a chicken protein cup. It came with steak. I took the cup and showed it someone that packing up to go orders. Seeing steak didn’t bother me much, I thought it was a one off incident as I usually have had nothing but positive experiences all across Washington area. Many times our family be here to got food we always had good experience, whatever we requested we got it from workers, and they were always friendly.
