Very disappointing. My husband and I each ordered a Luxe box combo that was SUPPOSED to include 1 beefy 5 layer burrito, 1 beef chalupa, 1 crunchy taco and cinnamon twists with a large drink. When we received our food, he handed us regular cups. When we said we paid for large, he said “well the truck didn’t come today.” Ok… but we paid for large? “Well I can give you two, or you can just fill this one up more than once…” If I wanted to do that, I wouldn’t have paid for the large! They managed to mess up every part of my order, and I think messed with my food. I ordered my meal with a Dr Pepper, no ice and no add-ons. The screen looked correct, so I went to the window to pay. At the window I had to ask again for the drink without ice. The total they told me at the window seemed high so I asked for the receipt. Discovered that they had added extra sour cream to every item, jacking the price up by over $2. When I told them the mistake they just looked at me like I was stupid and asked if is just like it the way they charged, and I said that I wanted a refund for the extra

So I rarely do reviews, but I doordashed from here and was EXTREMELY disappointed. It usually happens when I DoorDash from here, but decided to give it another shot. I ordered a quesadilla and almost half of it didn’t have any cheese😭 I’ve never had this issue with going in person, only when it’s doordashed. Please take care of even your DoorDash orders

Arthur is the best Taco Bell worker I have ever came across. He is everything that Taco Bell started with. Kindness, quick Food to go, and he makes sure that your order is complete. Which is fabulous for the People on the go. Thank you, Arthur and I hope more stores hire people like you or let you train others in your professional professionalism and customer service.
