BEWARE: 2 Major problems tonight, but that’s not all!! Served undercooked chicken (see photo) and a jr. bacon cheeseburger with NO PATTIES!!! First thing we noticed was how cold the nuggets and fries were. When got home and started eating before realizing the patties were missing so we went back to replace it. Chef apologized, replaced it and said he “was really tired”, ok fine. We got back home and unfortunately made it almost half way through the Chicken sandwich before realizing it was still partially RAW!! It was very hot and oily on the outside, so seemed cooked if you didn’t look at it.

Here because the voicemail box is full and I need proof that my food is severely undercooked since I didn’t get a receipt. Mostly for proof. Was cold in the middle and very pink. I bit into raw meat. They need to practice better food safety. They weren’t packed at all I was the only one in the drive thru. I’m unsure why I got an undercooked burger.

I have ordered twice from them this week and both times i have had to cancel my orders and find somewhere else to order from. I have ordered well before closing and have had both orders confirmed (through doordash) upon arrival to pick up orders I have been told they close at 1 am and/or they dont even confirm orders. Website and doors/drive thu windows says closes at 2am. The store has had employees inside both times. i went there 15 minutes before closing, i know that’s frowned apon but me and my boyfriend wanted 2 frostys. simple order. when we went through the drive through they said they were closed when the signs on the building all over say they close at 2:00am. i asked to talk to a manager and he was extremely rude. i stated that they weren’t supposed to be closed for another 15 minutes and he RUDELY says “WHAT CAN I GET YOU THEN” and i responded with “one large frosty and a small frosty” and he said “frosty machine is broken” and i politely asked if it was actually broken or just because they were a
