Handlebar Coffee Roasters has such a cool Santa Barbara vibe. You can feel the community energy right away, but they still take the coffee seriously. I love that this started with former professional cyclists who built something so intentional around coffee, roasting, and gathering people together. The almond croissant was absolutely delectable. Buttery, flaky, and filled with a generous amount of almond marzipan paste, exactly how it should be. Not dry, not too sweet, just that perfect rich almond center that makes you keep going back for another bite. The coffee was also beautiful. I loved

The best flat white ever!! We sampled lots of coffee shops in Santa Barbara , this was by far the best. The long line attests to it. Their hippie cookie is a perfect pairing and energized us for the next three hours on our road trip. We will be back!

Drinks are decent. The place is popular so always packed, no outlets, and the internet was slow during my last visit, so kinda hard for me to stay focused and get work done. Parking is a little bit difficult, especially on weekends.
