I went to this restaurant for the first time, and the person who attended me was very kind and welcoming. Since it was my first visit, he recommended some dishes for me to try, and I ended up ordering what he suggested. Honestly, everything was delicious and definitely worth it. The service from the staff was incredible. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the person who helped me (I pretty sure all staff is like him) but he did an amazing job. I really appreciate the great experience and wanted to leave a good review because the service was excellent.

I had a great experience at Luna Grill thanks to Robert B. The food was delicious and fresh, and everything came out perfectly. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Robert went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and that our experience was enjoyable from start to finish. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly made the visit feel special. This was our first visit to Luna Grill as a family of 5 and we felt welcomed and appreciated. World-class service and great food !! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Update 4/20: They did end up reaching out to me via email and phone (but only after I posted this review). However, I want to acknowledge that that they felt very badly over what happened and compensated me accordingly. Their food is very good...so hopefully when I return, this mishap won't occur again. (And I'll most definitely put the food on the floor instead of my seat lol).
