First weekend in Sarasota and this restaurant embodied "Welcome to Sarasota!" At the same time it transported us to a different place with the decor. Love it. So romantic, highly recommend for birthdays, anniversaries, or impress her 😉! Highly recommend the Thai Bouillabaisse and the Lamb chops melted in your mouth like butter. The whiskey flights were interesting. Recommend trying the Lemon Poppy martini and the Plum gin martini with yuzu. Delicious 😋 Thank you Veronika with the K! You were a pleasure to meet.

If you’re looking for a classy, refined vibe in Sarasota, Sage nails it. The setting is stunning and the service is some of the best in the city (highly recommend asking for Stephen). The Hits: The crab cakes with lemon-truffle aioli and the gnocchi with lobster bolognese (don't miss this). The Misses: The ginger-miso grilled radicchio and purple cabbage salad was forgettable, and the shochu-miso salmon was unfortunately overcooked and lacked the depth I was expecting. Sage has been a secret for me except I don’t know why. What a wonderful dining. experience. They have the WHOLE package covered. From their bar on the roof top, to their restaurant on the main floor. Service was excellent:) Their menu has innovative selections. Every dish we enjoyed was presented in an art form and was equally delicious. Hopefully the pics to the dishes justice. We will be back sooner than later.
