Had a great experience at Culver’s in Savage! The teenage employees were so polite, hardworking, and respectful. They were friendly at the counter, worked quickly, and handled everything with a positive attitude even when it was busy. It’s really nice to see young people providing such great customer service. Food was fresh, service was fast, and the staff made the visit enjoyable. Keep up the great work!

Culver’s has gone so down hill recently. They used to have the best chicken sandwich but now it’s the worst one I’ve ever had. I’ve given it 3 chances and all three times it’s absolutely garbage…. Change it back Culver’s what were you thinking.

I went through drive-thru and ordered a bacon double deluxe no pickles, I got the pickles on the sandwich nonetheless. While I was waiting for my order to be corrected, my ice cream melted to literally milk consistency (it was a hot day) and the food runner was trying to give me someone else’s order multiple times.

Terrible non service whatsoever. Ordered spicy chicken and came without the top bun. I am not on low carb diet but they did not provide the top bun, only the bottom bun. Cost cutting by this store?? No apologies no I am sorry. All the employees are standing around doing nothing. Will not be back again, ever.
