6 months ago, this was the best bk by me. The way the d.t. employee was treated tonight was completely ridiculous. I ordered about $55 worth of food online, the app said it would be ready in 4-6 minutes, I left my house about 10 minutes after ordering knowing it was large order and they probably needed time to prepare it. When I got to the drive thru I was handed 1 drink, then 5 minutes later I was told they lost our order (which I could have showed them in my phone) and about 5 more minutes later got my other 2 drinks. Still missing the kids drink. About 5 more minutes go by and we got 1 smal

terrible customer service, i stood in the lobby waiting to order my food no one communicated and told me one moment or even made eye contact it’s like i didn’t exist. very bad work ethic they seem like they all had attitudes when i went in it was 3 men working it was march 6,2026 @5:40pm! i’m highly upset and disappointed i give this restaurant 0/10 i wouldn’t even step foot back in there to eat not a fry!

Usually very prompt especially with the older lady working who is very efficient and friendly but have had to wait 20 plus minutes with other in drive through! Now my favorite is get rodeo double cheeseburger and a whopper jr with cheese and bacon and smash them together depending on how much bread is in your diet!

I used to go almost every Thursday after work because it's the most convenient. Service is always so slow, even if there isn't anyone else in line. They are often out of things, I do come later in the day so I guess I can give a pass for that. Staff friendly-ness is so-so. Except for when ivonne is working, she's great.
