I submitted an order on the app. The representative didn’t notice the order until after my work was to be completed. She was alone assisting customers in line. It took another 10 mins after helping the customers in line before my pre order was completed. The goal was to have the ready and not to wait. Overall she did well. She needed help.

Came in picking up a DoorDash with my cousin and the manager started yelling at me that we can’t use the public restroom unless we buy something, even though we we’re picking up a DoorDash order from the store. Manager followed me out the store and proceeded to provoke me in fighting as I was in my car leaving

3 times wrong order packed! This is totally scrap !! Fire employees! The service quality needs improvement as there have been instances of incorrect orders. It would be helpful if the staff ensured accuracy and professionalism in handling customer requests. Photo is good but not service 🙈

My friend and I walked in 30 min before closing, we both work in customer service and figured 30 min would be enough time to make a sandwich. When we walked in the workers just stared at us and looked at each other. When we asked if it was too late to order a sandwich they didn’t respond, they just looked at each-other again. So we walked out. Not one word was said to us. If it was too late, they could’ve just said or responded to us when we talked. This happened the night of 11/24/25. Again I work in customer service and will serve someone until the last min lol.
