We came here for breakfast, and Donna was our server. We were seated immediately. Donna was incredible- very friendly, informative, and welcoming. I got a build-your-own omelette with spinach, bacon, and cheddar cheese. I got my order 10 minutes after placing it, which was pretty good. The omelette was delicious. I think it could have used a little more filling (bacon and cheese) but it tasted great anyway. The hash browns were perfectly cooked. I did not get any pancakes or items that warranted syrup, but I liked that they had different syrup options because the IHOP close to us at home does

IHOP in Apex is always extremely busy, especially on weekend mornings, and unfortunately, our visit was more frustrating than enjoyable. From the start, we found ourselves waiting—for a seat, then again to place our order, and finally what felt like an eternity for the food to arrive. The parking lot being full should have been a sign of the wait ahead. Our server wasn’t very attentive and made multiple mistakes. Instead of sweet tea, we were given unsweetened tea, and when the food did come, it was disappointing. The smiley pancake looked more like a frown, and the avocado toast—at nearly $15
