The first picture is my entree as advertised. Meat, onion, sauce side to side. A nice filling to bread ratio. The other pictures are what I received. Thin on filling making for mostly bread. Onions still in a ring only on a half. Pitiful roll coverage. Also, it took 18 minutes to receive our order. Unacceptable for a fast casual restaurant. The man putting the orders together and calling them out was friendly. The tomato soup, Mac and cheese, and brownie were good. Do better with food prep or I’ll have to write this offer as another miserable private equity story.

Thought I did a Mobil order and it was going to take longer than expected so I went in to cancel it. The guy that helped me was so nice and said it wouldn’t be that long to get my food. I ordered it and he got it right out and it was great! Will be back because of people like him!

I had a very disappointing experience at Panera Bread. Yesterday, I ordered the chicken noodle soup, and it was awful. There was almost no liquid in it at all—it was extremely thick, as if it had been sitting out for a long time. By the time I got home, I actually had to add my own broth just to make it edible. The next morning, I called and spoke with the manager on duty. He was very kind, professional, and apologetic. Love Panera's salads!!! Very good food. My daughter loves the sandwiches and the Mac and cheese. The manager, Juan and Valerie made sure my food was cooked correctly due to me having allergies. Very friendly crew. Definitely my favorite Panera!!!!
