This place, located in a prime spot, always caught our eye but was closed whenever we were around. Finally, we decided to stop by for brunch. They don’t take reservations but use a Yelp waitlist system — such a convenient touch! We went around 2 p.m. on a Sunday and were seated right away. The restaurant has a modern, well-lit, and warm ambiance. Service was quick and exceptional. I tried the butter pecan coffee — easily one of the best coffees I’ve had in a long time! Prep & Pastry in Scottsdale is a stylish and lively spot that is definitely worth the visit, though you should be prepared for a bit of a crowd. I found the rose chai latte to be absolutely excellent, beautifully flavored and the highlight of my morning and the pastry was also quite good. As a tip for fellow visitors, the wait times can be significant, and while street parking is difficult to find, there is a very convenient free parking garage located directly across the street that makes the logistics much smoother. If the weather is nice, I highly recommend snagging a spot in the outdoor
