Absolutely disgraceful service from CAVA. I ordered a falafel bowl and was given a chicken bowl instead. This is not some complex engineering task — it is the most basic responsibility possible: READ THE ORDER and put the correct food in the container. Apparently even that is too difficult for your staff. I drove to pick up my food, went all the way back to work starving, opened the bowl, and realized your employees completely messed up the order. The place was surprisingly very clean in contrast to other cava restaurants I’ve gone to, the staff were friendly, and the food is so good! Nieve served me she was extremely kind which I greatly appreciate. 10/10 would recommend!!

The “fast casual” spot was pretty slow when I went around 2 PM. The person making my salad didn’t seem very engaged and missed a few key ingredients in the Harissa Avocado Bowl, like the rice and pickled onions. I even had to remind her to add the avocado. She also spilled the dressing, which made the salad way too salty.

This Cava location has definitely been one of my favorite spots to come especially after a long day at the gym and work. The staff here is really friendly and knowledgeable, especially Christian who was helping me this day. He was able to help my friend figure out what’s popular and recommended what to add for his bowl. He was definitely welcoming and had one of the best service especially considering the time of day I came in. I appreciate him and the food that this location has to offer. 💛💛
