I’ve tried this location a few times, and each time my experience is the same. I NEVER get what I order. Todays visit was no different. I went through the drive thru and ordered a small Whopper meal with heavy onion. The staff verified my order twice before I pulled to the window. After paying, I was handed my drink and immediately noticed it was not a small. I questioned whether the drink size was a small. Staff replied “yes”. Very sweet young lady working the late night drive thru got everything perfect! Food was fresh and hot (chefs kiss to the cook). It is freezing outside tonight °5, and that staff is cleaning and working hard with smiles and no horse play or goofing off in sight ( which is common at other places this late). Very pleased 10pm team! Keep it up!

It was late, I get it...but if you're going to be open, I think its still a main staple of any food service establishment to make quality a top priority, or train someone different. The Fries were Ice COLD, and my burger looked like it was run over about 4 times. I work hard for my money, I would expect others to understand that for this, I would hope to receive something at least half way decent, or work hard to get me to want to return, which I probably won't.

The older woman on the register with blond hair and a ponytail in a Spanish accent has the worst customer service. Because of her , I will never go back to this location. She embarrassed me in front of everyone begging her for a delivery customer's request. Honestly , all the staff was staring at her knowing that they'll get in trouble if they try and help me. She insisted on 25 cents for sauce that her delivery customer ask for. So when I came back with the money she still refused to sell it to me.
