Ive never left a review before but definitely needed to this time. (Also forgive the Pho picture, it was so good I ate basically all of it before even thinking about leaving a review) The reopened "Coal Mine Dragon" (now the Pho Toi) is hands down the best asian food place in Colorado Springs. BEFORE the reopening of the Coal Mine Dragon to the Pho menu, I decided to not eat there ever again. I'm so glad I went back after the new management took over. My husband and I went here to eat a meal called the Happy Family. The waiter told us they only served that at dinner time but the meal was listed on the menu he gave us. He offered to serve us this meal anyway. They served my husband his egg drop soup but did not serve me the wonton soup I ordered. They did, however, serve me my spring rolls. I reminded the other person serving that I hadn’t been served my soup yet. She went back and brought my soup out but it was egg drop and not wonton soup. This place is amazing. They have now combined to make Pho and it's absolutely delicious. I ate every bite and drank every drop of pho. I highly recommend this place. Prices are good as well. Come support this local restaurant. 11/10. I will definitly be coming back. I would've posted a picture of the full bowls but it was too good to wait to take pictures.
