Terrible experience at my go to location! I ordered two medium blended Mangonadas, and both were completely melted by the time I received them. My husband initially brought the issue to the staff’s attention, but he was essentially turned away. I then went to the window myself and explained that our drinks were melted already when we received it. They finally agreed to remake them, but the replacements still were not properly blended. Ordered through the window for the seasonal ice strawberry colada. The drink was mainly only coconut and when asked if we could get more Strawberries because it barely looked like the picture we were told that they just follow the recipe and that was the recipe. By the time I got home, which was a 6 minute drive, my drink had already started to separate and was disgusting to drink. This was a pure waste of money, extremely disappointed.

I got a golden eagle and a caramel hot chocolate for my brother. We enjoyed our drinks. The staff were friendly and the service was quick for the time of day that I went (7:30pm). Dutch Bros is one of my faves, so I try to go when I can, which isn't often, so when I do, I try to enjoy it as much as possible! I ordered a lavender white mocha on April 22 and it was yummy!! The staff were very busy, so they didn't have time for chit chat, but my drink came out very hot and good, which I truly appreciate!

We love going to this location whenever we have the extra money to do so. Coffee is just so expensive right now. The staff here is always so polite though and our dogs love the pup cups. There is usually a line, to be expected, in the mornings, but the staff does an amazing job at keeping up with the orders. Thank you all for your amazing work.
