I've eaten a few times at Sonic and the food is pretty consistent and it's decent. But that's only if they get the order correctly. My recent visit to the Kingsbury road in Seguin Texas location was pretty awful. The server, Joseph, was trying his hardest to do his job. After about 15 minutes after placing the order in the stall with a woman who didn't seem to be all that attentive, he came out and told me that my food was given to another customer in error and that they will bring it out shortly. The order I received was not the order that I ordered including the size of the drink, etc. So

Maybe im not asking correctly but I just wanted a water with lemon without the rine floating it my water. Meaning to squeeze the lemon juice in the water and throw away the rine when I order a water with lemon, no rine I guess no one understands that the whole lemon pieces don't go in the water. Let me know if there is a better way to explain this or if this service just can be done.
