Upon arriving, there was no one available to greet us. We stood waiting for approximately 14 minutes without any acknowledgment, despite having a reservation. Several staff members were sitting at tables on their phones, which made the lack of service even more frustrating. Once we were finally able to get someone's attention, we were seated. I was surprised to learn that certain kids' meals do not come with sides or a drink. Since when does a kids' meal not include fries or a beverage? The salmon was served cold, the rice lacked seasoning, and the vegetables were bitter. Please stop putting

Always a fun spot to hang out! The vibe at Dave & Buster’s Arundel Mills is upbeat—perfect for a night out with friends or a quick game break after shopping. Good mix of arcade games, decent food, and plenty of seating. Service can get busy on weekends, but everyone’s friendly and helpful. Great place for some laughs and friendly competition!

I visited this location recently and it’s seemed as if the staff was unsure of how to perform the services. I stood patiently in a line for a minimum of 40 mins that never moved until the person in-front of me hopped the line to the hostess to get clarity on the delay. The restaurant simply was not seating people despite having tables and staff. And I massive growing line. They finally get to me I’m alone, my family is off playing games. We celebrated a birthday party at the bowling lanes and it was tons of fun. The service was great, the food was great and the DJ made the atmosphere feel like a nightclub. My entire group enjoyed themselves and would like to shout out the dj and D&B staff for such a great time. We will definitely be back again to celebrate.
