Really happy with my first visit to this McDonald's. I usually drive to arundel mills but I think I found my new spot. My big Mac was made perfectly and the employees at the windows were so pleasant. Thanks for making my crappie day a lot better.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Big Mac meal. I specifically requested that it be fresh, with no pickles and no middle bun. When I received my order, it was incorrect, so I went back and politely asked for it to be fixed. The replacement order was worse: it still had pickles, no lettuce, included the middle bun, the meat was extremely dry and hard as if it had been sitting out for a long time, and the lemonade tasted like water. This is the most professionally operated McDonalds I have ever seen. The staff were well dressed, attentive and efficient. Two managers came out to check on customers at separate times, and it was very clean. This was way beyond my expectation. Great job!

We had many orders mixed up, and the packaging’s label was quite confusing, like a box labeled “chicken nuggets” with bacon inside. Not to mention that two pieces of bacon costed two dollars. Overpriced much? The staff were okay, but not very attentive.
