I'll be dreaming about that plain croissant. There was nothing plain about it. The baker is truly a flour alchemist. It was nutty, buttery with a perfectly crisp exterior. I couldn't help but smile as I savored every bite. The oyster mushroom bialy had a chewy texture and the cardamom bun was so flavorful. Every pastry was beautifully balanced. This place is a gem and you can genuinely tell they care about their craft.

Hands down one of the best bakeries in the area! Been here a couple times and it’s a great experience. First, they use sourdough starter for all of their bakery products, giving everything a uniquely hearty texture and enhancing the flavor profile. Heard about this place from a friend of mine who works at bread shops in nyc. A sourdough based bakery. Is heaven. We went early one Saturday morning after Seylou opens to make sure we had a good selection. The bakery smelled amazing and the staff was pleasant. Once they found out it was our first time the person at the front took their time to explain the different items ans gave recommendations. We bought a few breakfast items and a few desserts for later. Everything was delicious and we will def be back.
