On Mother’s Day we decided to try a new restaurant, Pier 131. It was reservation-only, but the host was kind enough to offer us seating at the bar. The wait was long, but understandable considering the holiday crowd. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations for the price. I ordered the stuffed pork chop and was disappointed with the taste and seasoning. I could barely taste any of the ingredients listed on the menu, and the pork chop itself was very fatty. The salmon was average — not bad, but nothing memorable. Overall, we’ve definitely had better meals for a lower price elsewhere.

My boyfriend and I are from out of town and here in the area for a concert. Decided to come here for the good reviews. We got the grilled lamb chop starter, the lamb chops were delicious but the corn & arugula salad it came with was very acidic. Some how the corn was colder than the arugula which was interesting. We got the lobster fettuccine and the date night by the sea, both very disappointing. They were heavily under seasoned. The fettuccine just tasted like bland cream, the lobster was chewy and flavorless. The date night by the sea was also disappointing, the seafood itself was good but

Beautiful Restaurant. Seafood is superb. We happen to go on a night that they were hosting three major parties so parking was challenging and Food took extra long... but the lobster lollypops are EXCELLENT. Branzino bowl was Delicious! Salmon burger so so good. We enjoyed our visit - will try to come back during less busy time.
