I stopped by this Taco Bell location today because I order food at a place next door. I parked at the little garage parking they have toward the back. I wanted to take advantage of the happy hour freeze so that's why I came here. When I walked inside, they were not busy at all. It is encouraged to order from the kiosk so that's what I tried to do but it was so slow and non responsive. I asked a worker who came to give food to someone else and he seem annoyed I asked. I recently ordered the Discovery Lux Box from the Del Taco Bell on Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks. The inside of the store was clean, which I appreciated. However, parking was pretty difficult to find in this location. As for the food, I wasn’t very satisfied. The crunchy tacos weren’t very good, they were mostly filled with lettuce and lacked flavor. The crispy chicken burrito was small in size, but the taste was okay. Overall, I was expecting a better experience with the food.

The quality and customer service of this Taco Bell has gone downhill this year - their staff has changed and the servers have become more disrespectful and uneducated on Taco Bell’s order procedures and quality of items. The closest one to my home but I’ll prefer to travel to Noho or Encino, elsewhere, to be better served with respect and items that actually meet Taco Bell’s quality standards.
