This is ridiculous. I was spoken to extremely rudely at the drive thru. Attempted to say something at the window, which was a different person, and she told me that wasn't her problem. OK then get me a manager, like i asked, instead of ignoring me. Then I get back to work and my food (2 meals) was wrong. Both meals had the wrong side. Been here a lot but this was by far the worst. I got 4 pc tender meal. Chicken was really dry and the okra was burnt. Along with some poppers that had to have been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Probably not coming back after this. It went from chicken express to chicken regret.

Kaitlyn has exceptional customer service! i went there sunday, ive never had chicken express before but ive worked in customer service for over 6 years. its not often you get cashsiers/servers as well as Kaitlyn. she was extremely helpful with multiple customers, good attitude and looked out for the customers personal interest. if i had cash i wouldve tipped her. she was also very patient. most places need serves like her. she definitely earned/deserves her recognition! people of sherman come see what im talking about and pay her a visit.

I prefer Chicken Express HANDS DOWN over KFC or any others out there. The Chicken is FULLY cooked and is absolutely delicious 😋. The service staff are friendly. Excellent customer service and very curious.
