I am at work and decide I want a late breakfast. I use the mobile app to save time. Order my food and drive over 4-5 minutes. Figuring the food should be ready when I get there, usually wait about that long when I order at the come or in the drive-thru. I open my app to tell them my mobile order and notice the message, you mustard check in before breakfast ends for is to start making your order. Now I get their motto hot and fresh. However if I order in the mobile app it is because I need to save time. Simple just don't use the app, it saves nothing, solved nothing. I deleted my account and th

Quiet and wasn't dead. Everyone was respectful and nice. Only hiccup was my burger's top bun felt soggy and cold AH. Like it was frozen and thawed in microwave or something. Burger still tasted great. Nuggets were good, tad overcooked. After we ate we ordered 2 chocolate frosties. They said they were out of chocolate so they upgraded us to Oreo brownie for no extra charge. Will definitely come back.

Worst Wendy's, you can visit customer service sucks, wait over 15 minutes to get to the speaker, and incompetent workers!! Never will I ever spend money or waste time on this location AGAIN!! would give 0 stars if I could & I don't recommend drive to Jacksonville or North Little Rock cause Sherwood location is not it!! So I tried this location for the first time in over a year!! 06/10/2026! I went to Wendy's at 12 33 pm on April 29th to pay for a 46 dollar order the window attendant was very very very rude. There is no customer service at all what so ever. I pulled up to the speaker " welcome to Wendy's" was all. I hot I told her I had a mobile order and she said "pull around" I pulled around and waited approximately 5 minutes before someone came to the window with my drinks. I asked her did I order 5 meals or 4 because i thought she gave me more drinks than what i ordered and disnt want to take was was not mine she closed the window in my face and proceeded to hand me more food
