This girls are so rude the lady in wendys at William Floyd they are so mean and bad customer service.. I was asking if they have fish because i didn't see it in the menu and she give me an attitude and didn't even answer me so I ask a second time and she answer me so bad and roll her eyes .. please manager at wendys see ur employees how they act with customers and give them a class of how to interact with people in a nice way ... otherwise just fired them because eif they have. A bad day is no body's fault

This has to be one of the worst Wendy's I've gone to in my entire life! I ordered something on their app. Then I get there to be told coldly that they don't have the item. Do you want something else? No, please, can I get my money back? Talking inside about this. Then the girl who could barely breathe, like she hated being there, blows me off. Now, a man came over. He says the same thing. I said I want my money back... Now I'm punished to pulling ahead to wait more. After waiting, a man comes out to give me my food. But without my item, and with an attitude that he, too, couldn't care less. No

There was no one in the store yet staff became inpatient when I asked for no ice in the lemonade. Prices were not posted for all the menu item so that was confusing. Cashier was like just tell me what you want; I said I'd like to know the price first. I was by myself ordered 2 drinks and had to ask for a cup holder; which broke by the time I walked to my car (the bag also ripped before I opened my car door). He said something about sauce while I was in the store but I didn't respond because I thought he was talking to his coworker only to check my receipt and learn that he charged me for sauce

The service is terrible. There are so many staff members, but none of them are helpful. I don't understand how the owner of this business employs people who have no common sense and no customer service skills. They don't smile, and if you ask them something, they don't answer. I don't recommend this place; it's the worst Wendy's I've ever been to.
