I went during rush hour and there was a wait... but the staff was amazing! I watched them hustle to make complete orders at an amazing speed, while also greeting everyone person that entered. Food quality has been top tier still even while other fast food places have lower and lower standards. I'm from Wisconsin/Minnesota but stationed here in the Army, so it was real nice to see a bit of home here. Nice job.

I went through drive-thru and it was about 8:00 p.m. I ordered a burger. I got home. I live less than 5 minutes away. Burger was cold like it had been in the fridge and I had warm fries. So the only conclusion I can think of is that it was sitting there instead of making a new burger. I understand this is fast food but serving cold food when it's supposed to be warm is not okay. I was very upset.

My family and I have been coming to this Culver's pretty often since it first opened. The atmosphere is one that I have not seen replicated. The friendly and fresh faced staff always make you feel welcome and almost eager to make your stay a pleasant one. Crew member Cameron made a point to genuinely laugh at my horrible dad jokes which of course made my wife's eye roll. The food always tastes fresh and looks like the pictures on the menu. The wonderful guy at the Cash register was so good. I had coupons for lunch. Unfortunately, (or fortunately)had to learn how to use them. The manager was called and he learned something new. I love to teach new things to workers. Sometimes what is a "issue" is turned into a learning experience. All in all, a wonderful experience.
