Food was super great, the Belgian waffle was top-tier. Not too thick, not too soft the perfect level of texture and warmth. My waitress Iris was super nice, patient, and very accommodating to my needs. Overall totally recommend this IHOP, very affordable. The area was very clean and the staff very attentive. I got the Belgian Waffle combo with Vanilla and Dulce de Leche Sauce. With a side of Strawberry Lemonade.

Diana is a delight! She has coffee ready for me immediately and she knows my order, confirming every time. Her warm and friendly smile help kick start my weekends, along with a consistently delicious strawberry cheesecake waffle. Jerry took care of me tonight, and he was on it. He was taking care of everyone and doing a great job of it, even making sure one couple remembered their togo drink. And he brought me a delicious jalapeño kick burger that was simply phenomenal! I really can’t recommend this place enough!

IHOP has consistently decent food. What made my visit super was the service provided by my server, Alexander, to whom I refer as Alexander the Great! He was very attentive, and paid close attention to the requests I made. A lot of servers almost seem to work by rote, but not Alexander. He is so warm and welcoming. He also has a very nice sense of humor. He brightened what had otherwise been a bad day for me. Ask for him!

The restaurant was very nice and clean with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff and waiters were all friendly and provided great service, which I really appreciated. My waiter was Jerry who was very polite and attentive. The food was okay overall, but it could use some improvement. It wasn’t as hot as I would have liked, the hashbrowns were a bit too hard, and the sausage wasn’t cooked to my preference. That said, the experience was still pleasant because of the cleanliness and great customer service by Jerry. With a few improvements to the food, this would be an even better spot.
