Trying to call the store to inform them that they gave me cold hard tenders , and now I’am at work on the clock ,without nothing to eat on my break . They not even answering the phone. How you do your customer like this , serve them old food ? I wished I read the reviews before I went here. It explain why I was the only car on a Saturday at 3pm in the drive thru . This is not right at all.

I paid for two sausage biscuits and a large tea light ice. No biggie when the tea was slapped full of ice and I got 9oz of a 32oz tea. But when I opened by second biscuit, it was just the bottom of the biscuit!!! I clld the location and was told that they would replace my order. Occurred 04/08/26. I returned today and was met with impatience and lack of concern. He flashed a list and said my name wasn't on it, but if you couldn't remember to put the sausage on the biscuit and add the top, I don't you spelled my name right, I told him to give a second I would find the date and he walked off an

These people can't get order correct.I ordered 2 lrg SWEET tea but got UNSWEETENED tea. Gross. Next time I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy with a. Lrg Pepsi and fries and normal size drink. Why should I go back?

We went through drive thru..ordered a 2 breasts 2 sides meal…we got home only to find 2 back pieces … NO biscuit. We immediately went back to store and was treated like we were the problem. We were told it would be 10-15 minutes for the breasts to cook. I was so put out at this point so I asked for my money back. I was given my money back and was told we could keep the food. It wasn’t fit to eat and I told them that. I went to Chick Fil A and got chicken… they ALWAYS get it right. Although I only live a very short distance from this Bojangles I will never go back!
