Every time I come its a different problem. I ordered 2 frappes. 1 caramel, and one of the new chips ahoy frappes that are MORE expensive than the other flavors. First the guy hands me 2 caramel, and I asked which one was the chips ahoy, (both frappes looked exactly the same and both were clearly caramel), he said both chips ahoy, I said one was supposed to be caramel and the other chips ahoy, he took one back and disappeared for 3 minutes, then came back with the exact same frappe that I just handed back to him. Still caramel. I wouldn't have cared if I wouldn't have paid extra for the flavor,

I liked it ALOT Jenny. Jk it was nice!! Food was fresh. Night manager came in an got his employees all lined up. Very funny but the staff respected him. It was really cool and friendly waiting on us!!! Food was hot an delicious shake was perfect young man in the drive threw he did that. Hate no pics ok

I’m so serious, took 45 minutes to get one meal. ONE. Forgot straw. How do I wait 45 minutes and the friends are cold and flimsy? Only writing a review because how often this happens. This location is just constantly underperforming. Not like it’s ever gonna change . Management doesn’t change and it’s depressing at this point. Thankfully got better alternatives in the area.

Claims to be open 24hrs but it seems like only when they want to be. Waited to give my order in drive through at 3:50 am and they completely ignored me. Not a hold on, wait one moment or nothing. And there were customers in front of me so I new they were open. Not the first time this has happened either.
