I’ve ordered from this specific location multiple times now and have yet to be somewhat satisfied. My first time ordering from this chipotle there was an anger seeming young woman working the line and she didn’t greet us when we arrived. She didn’t smile once the whole time and seemed irritated to help us. She burned our quesadilla and didn’t apologize or make a new one even when we asked if it was burned. Now i’ve just ordered from this location again through doordash. Our quesadilla was ordered to come with sour cream and black beans. We got neither. Instead we got 1 and a half sides of gre

I ordered a sofritas bowl from this location. For reference, I am vegan and specifically ordered sofritas due to strict dietary restrictions. While eating, I took a bite of what I believed was sofritas, but the texture and taste were immediately off and very similar to meat. I spit it out right away because I could tell something wasn’t right. Upon checking the bowl more closely, I found that there was indeed real meat mixed in. Ordered a quesadilla online everything was cold but it didn’t make sense since i was told to go around because it wasn’t ready. When receiving the order it was missing the queso on the side and we weren’t able to go back and get it. This isn’t the first time where this location fails to do a good online order

As always great taste! Special shout out to Joshua ( i hope i am using your name correctly. The person who was taking the online order at around 8PM on 6/14) for making my daughter's kids meal.. i know you had some challenges with the stock but you went above and beyond to make the meal. In general whole team was polite and welcoming.
