October 8, 2025 Can't argue with my first review. Been here 3 times now. Had The Mariner, delicious! June 2025 First, this is NOT an appropriate place for kids, and you'll be asked to leave if you bring them, this is an old style BAR. Adults only. My burger was delicious and the staff was friendly! Sorry I started eating it first. Greasy and great! Full of beef and gluten. If you love nostalgia and don't mind the smell of old smoke and a hint of pee, scratched paint and air vents hanging from straps, you'll love this place. It's like going back to the 60s or 70s! Be sure to enjoy the vint

I usually call in for carryout lunch or dinner, but either way the food is absolutely amazing. The Becky Burger is arguably the best burger in town, and definitely add sautéed mushrooms! Their onion rings are about perfect in portion size, actual size, and flavor. Add them to your burger order and skip the chips, or just get a whole backet and thank me later. The View Tavern is a must try for delicious, classic bar food done right, and be sure to grab a cold beer while you wait. I mean, it is a Tavern after all. Cheers!
