My complaints are in my opinion, pretty valid. 1. I don't appreciate my family coming to eat and being forced to sit with another family when the restaurant is basically empty. (Orders get messed up and people end up sharing the same meal when eating with other families, thus impacting the experience and making you feel like you're paying for someone else as well). 2.
