Food was good, as per IHOP standards. Ambiance was great too (I took my parents on a Wednesday morning), but service was just ok. Blanca (our server) was in a rush to do everything so we felt pressured to order as quickly as possible, to pay as quickly as possible and (the tablet where the server swipes one's credit card to pay already had 20% selected as a tip by default by the time she handed it to me, I think she did that herself) to select the tip option as quickly as possible. Not bad for the 7 dollar meals but I would suggest not getting the blt off that menu as the bread is rock hard. But the other options are pretty good and well priced. Service isn't that bad but what can you do if they are getting paid peanuts...

Extremely disappointing experience. I dined in here with friends on October 31, 2025, and it was easily one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. We were seated and had our order taken within a few minutes, but after that everything went downhill. We waited about 30 minutes with no updates. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, and there were very few staff working. Later, we found out there was no manager on site, which was already concerning.
