Very disappointed with my experience today. I placed a drive-thru order about 25 minutes ago and specifically asked for a Mexican Pizza made completely vegetarian. When I got home, I found that it contained meat, which is unacceptable when customers clearly request dietary modifications. I also ordered Nachos BellGrande, and the nachos were terrible. The chips were completely soggy instead of crunchy, making the entire dish unappetizing. This order showed a lack of attention to customer requests and poor food quality. I expect much better accuracy and freshness from Taco Bell.

I have little to NO LUCK with this location. I order the same at any other Taco Bell and my order is full, fresh and warm. This location SUCKS!!! My food always cold, I can literally count the pieces of cheese and lettuce and see the empty spaces where the beef didn’t even reach when they prepared the order and let’s not even talk about these cheese fries they taste as nasty and oily as they look with not seasoning on. This place desperately needs better management. Even a simple order can be messed up. On Saturday, one car parked in the parking lot and no one else in the drive-through lane beside me. Despite this, they didn’t complete my order. After getting home, I took out all the items ordered and came to know that two tacos (missing), one crunchwrap (missing), two quesadillas, two fiesta potatoes, and one chalupa. Food was prepared great and what I'm really writing's review for is the service. The lady was kind and talked to everyone to make sure that their meals were prepared correctly and that they were delicious. She was very attentive to all of the customers in the store.
