My sister and I make a little tradition out of driving in once a month Costco run, then a 7Brew stop as our treat. And today? Hands down our best experience yet. Lanae took care of us, and she was absolutely amazing. Her personality was so warm and upbeat, and she went above and beyond to be helpful. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and it made our whole stop feel special. It’s the kind of service that turns a quick coffee run into something you actually look forward to all month. I like this place and some of the drinks I've had are pretty tasty, my ma loves collecting stickers and I like to help out when Im in town, when we went today. On the ad it said free sticker sheet for a medium or a large, I got told while we were there that we had to buy 2 large drinks to get 2 free sticker sheets which really made it confusing and had a slight argument, but we did get 2 large drinks, made a small mistake and gave us a medium but even though it was a medium, still denied us and said we needed 2 large drinks.

Don’t believe the reviews from sept/October. It was brand new to the area and the workers were all brand new. Not to mention the line of cars because it was so popular! They were very busy, mistakes are bound to happen when you’ve got 40 cars lined down the street. Imagine 100+ people bombarding your job on your first day! Arkansas native where the company originates and I’ve never had a bad experience with 7 brew. They’re amazing and I recommend the rocky road hot chocolate! Delicious. They offer so much more than dutch bros or starbucks like quality smoothies, coffee, energy drinks, teas and more. The best and closest thing to a mom and pop coffee shop locally! Great prices. got a medium for $3 more like 4 with the tip. Can’t beat that anywhere!
