This is my favorite restaurant and I’m so happy it’s still here. It’s literally older than I am by two years. I feel so horrible that construction is hurting their business, but everybody should definitely go because it’s amazing and the prices are unbeatable and the staff is incredible!

Pita Cafe used to be my favorite Mediterranean spot in town, but it’s now my least favorite and I won’t be returning. My last three orders have been disgusting. I usually order a shish tawook sandwich or a chicken shawarma sandwich with extra garlic (sometimes on the sandwich, sometimes on the side). I always request the chicken to be hot, which it should be if it’s truly made fresh, but the last three times my chicken has been cold. This most recent order was especially disappointing. There were only three strips of chicken in the sandwich, and the rest was overly loaded with lettuce to fil
