Drive thru took 20 minutes, and you can't cancel an order through the app apparently! They'll happily take your money first! Why would I ever prepay again? Get it together! Fix your app and get the food out faster.

The first time I went to this location a couple years ago I was very disappointed. HOWEVER, the last year has been wonderful! The staff is very friendly and the quality of the food is much better. Thank you for keeping Burger King alive!

I have heard about the hype regarding the "new" revamped Whopper and wanted to check it out. I used to really love Whoppers. I went on the evening of Wednesday May 27th (2026) at around 8:45 pm. I ordered through the app, and ordered the "off the broiler" option. Whopper was cold, as was the small onion rings I got. I complained through the app, and got a $3 off coupon that expires in a month. I doubt I will use it. Don't waste your time, BK still sucks.

If someone who knew what they were doing ran tnis location it would make so much money. However corporate will do NOTHING here. Its the same story EVERY TIME we want BK. Literally 25 minutes to get through the drive through on Saturday at 1pm. Terrible Terrible Terrible.
