Beware this Qdoba. If you go into the store the food is good but the service is severely lacking. Employees are never smiling and look like they hate being there. Worse however is ordering delivery in the evenings. I feel like they purposely skimp on the amount in the burritos since the customer isn't there to watch. Look at the pictures and anyone that knows Qdoba knows this isn't what a Qdoba burrito should look like. Plus, my last order was completely cold, not warm, cold. Figure your stuff out at this store, please!

I see others in our group also left 1 star reviews so the experience was wide spread. The wait time before we were even acknowledged was horrible. Employees just shuffling around refusing to make sure contact. Wearing gloves but touching everything including the cash register and faces and out food. Food prep area looked so dirty. And then as others have mentioned, the brown rice was crunchy. Over 1/2 the people in our group threw there food away and went next door to Noodles.

I have come into this Qdoba quite regularly for a while now and within the past week or two everything seems to have gone down hill. The food quality is not nearly what I was eating a month ago and the customer service has completely changed. I have seen alot of new faces and new attitudes that dont embody good customer service. I really hope they turn it back around because this used to be my favorite Qdoba!

Counter filthy, staff unfriendly, shrimp not cooked, vegetables cold and the kicker was crunchy rice! Staff did not even acknowledge our existence for a long time Won’t be back
