Sulbing Cafe is a wonderful unique dessert option at The Streets of SouthGlenn. The Korean desserts are so refreshing! Sulbing, the dessert, is a shaved ice bowl with delicious toppings. I've tried several and they're all so good it's tough to pick a favorite - real green tea with red bean paste? Mango cheesecake? Monster cookies & cream? Or the special Dubai chocolate? You really can't go wrong. The mini sulbing is good for an individual, the regular size is great for sharing! The fish buns are also highly recommended.
