The employee taking our order were great but there was a manager there getting mad at the employee for putting “too much” of each topping on the pizza. Every time I’ve been back I have to repeatedly ask for more toppings the photo is my pizza after asking for more cheese 4 times and them putting a tiny pinch. Manager was terrible employees were great.

Our go to at MOD Pizza is the MOD thin crust pepperoni pizza and MOD Caesar Salad. When breaking the diet the No Name Cake is delicious. Don't understand why they ask for a tip when paying at the counter, but you have to bus your own table. Overall a good place, the individual taking the order could be more friendlier...we stood at the counter for a while before being acknowledged.

The food was good, but the service was frustrating. After we finished ordering and paid, our pizzas just sat there without being put into the oven. We waited several minutes before they were finally started, even after I asked when they were going to put them in. It felt like there was no sense of urgency, even though customers were waiting. I understand places get busy, but watching our food sit there while nothing happened was disappointing, especially since we were in a hurry. A little more attentiveness and communication would have made a big difference.
