I ordered my husband a nitro cold brew and the lady working on may 16th around noon literally gave him a cup full of foam. He asked for it to be repoored and this is literally the exact same as the first time. Now I’m a frequent Starbucks runner but I will never go back to this location due to the rudeness and lack of coffee. I paid almost $6 for foam.

I used to visit this locarion regularly, back in 2024. At one point, I started having issues with my order on a pretty consistent basis (weak latte, espresso machine pressure issues I'm assuming, paired with issues/ inconsistencies related to my order). I decided back then to stop going to this location. Well, today I thought I'd give them another shot, but unfortunately, nothing has changed. I wanted to leave a review this time, in hopes that regional management can step in and assist this team with their equipment and order issues. 😢

Convenient location in the Iron Horse Shopping Ctr. Onsite free parking. Handicap parking and access available. Very neat clean inviting interior. Indoor or outdoor seatings are available. We were cheerfully greeted by Darren our server at the counter. He was excellent, extremely friendly, upbeat and attentive. He was so very pleasant through the whole process. We really felt appreciated. The wait for our order was under five minutes. Our favorite coffee was yummy. On our last visit we ordered online at 4:30am for our long drive back home. Worst ecperience ever. Sunday 15 In the evening, I placed a late order for a small-sized tea, specifically requesting it to be extra hot. However, when I went to pick it up, the young woman at the register—who was on duty at 7:30 PM—had an incredibly unpleasant demeanor. Furthermore, instead of being hot, my tea was actually cold. When I requested that she heat it up, she simply warmed about 10 ml of milk and mixed it into the tea; this caused the drink to exceed the standard "small" size, and it completely ruined the flavor.
