It took an extraordinary time to get my food and there were only two other customers and the place and there were none in the Drive-Thru. My fries were cold but they were still tasty. They charge me an extra $75 for a touch of chili on my burger and an extra 50 cents for a very small slice of cheese.

I was very disappointed with my order tonight. I usually order a big double burger tray out west style no mayo or onion, fries, and cheese bites. Well I ordered it tonight and my burger had extra mayo, extra onion, and I had literally 6 tiny "cheese bites" that were all about peas sized and barely had any cheese in them. I went back through and they fixed it, so I thought. I got to eating my burger once I got home and realized it was barely even cooked!

Haven’t been to Cookout in years. Ran by on my lunch break today, when I got back to work to eat….the burger was raw inside. Had to trash it so fries and hush puppies was my lunch. Tea is fantastic!

Best fresh milk shakes to be found. The double Oreo has almost as much Oreo as vanilla shake! And the Peanut Butter Banana, and Peach Cobbler are musts! Note some locations have limited sit ins, rest just hang out or take home and enjoy!
