This McDonalds needs some work. 30+ minutes wait. They somehow forgot to make my order even though I used the machine in front. There are a few staff just walking around on their phones not helping their team make orders. You can hear the staff that are working in the back confused and frustrated, struggling with communication. One of the monitors is not connected for the menu, another monitor is broken, i dont think i got a good photo of the broken one sorry. The fountains are disgusting, no napkins loaded in the dispenser. Somebody needs to be fired.

I decided to stop and pick up lunch for me and my kid after going grocery shopping. It wasn’t until I got home, brought my sleeping toddler inside to bed, unloaded and put away groceries that I realized my drink had a bug in it. I’ve tried calling but don’t ever get an answer. I left a complaint on the website hoping to hear back. I understand things like that happen but how was it not caught when putting the lid on? This isn’t the first issue I’ve had at this location and I hope they can do something about it.

I have never had "fast food" take so long. My quarter pounder was warmish and as moist as sawdust. The fries were pale yellow and also slightly warm and greasy. We ate in the dining room. I saw dozens of cars go the drive thru in the time it took us to get our food, well over 1/2 an hour. Believe me if we hadn't already paid, I would have been out of there.

Placed a mobile order. Arrived and checked in at spot 1. Waited about 30 minutes and no food. Went to go in and the person delivering the food asked how long have I been waiting. He went came out with a bag, not my order. Went and came back with another bag wrong again. Maybe 3rd time is a charm, not this time but close enough, at least he brought the right drink. The drink was the best part of the meal.
