We decided to try Frank’s Pizza on Rainbow last night and it was well worth it. We had the shrimp and scallop pizza, which had a wonderful garlic sauce with a twist of lemon. The crust is definitely homemade and the handle actually snaps! I also got a tiramisu, which was a great end to the meal. Stop on by and enjoy this little place!

First time customer. The old lady went to Morgan Wallen so I had time to kill. Live in Henderson so driving to central paradise for a pizza at $6/gallon is not an option. Anyhoo.... Discovered Frank's by happenstance and was happy I could finally visit. I'm a NYC and European pizza aficionado and man... They didn't disappoint! Quality cheese and quality dough for personal pizzas in 3 sizes. Not just a slap dash greasy pie. No offense..... I have a new favorite pizza. I've been reading reviews and been wanting to find out for myself. Nicely decorated inside. Kinda old school decor but very clean looking. I ordered 2 cheese slices and got a drink too - it was 7.50 out the door, great price. Got 2 slices right out from the oven, using the Portnoy scale, i definitely rate this 8.4 or better. Very nice char on bottom, crispy crust. They must be using higher quality mozzarella, no grease. Just enough sauce, with nice flavors. Great chew to the slices.
