Whataburber is usually 5+ stars. This rating is for THIS Whataburger. We ordered a meal and 3 burgers all with cheese to go. It took a LONG time even for Whataburger, but we finally got our food. We got in the car and divided up the food and my wife noticed her burger had no cheese. She whent in to let them know and to get it fixed and the litterally handed her a piece of cheese in a burger wrapper. She asked if she could get it melted on ther meat and they said they could not bring her burger back to the grill. The did not even offer to make here a new one with the cheese meltd on correctly!.

Horrible experience. I said Cobb salad meat on the side- what was hard about this? You took the salad back removed the meat and gave me the same lettuce the had greasy meat yuck! Everybody needs to be terminated who worked Jan 17, 26 at 1150pm. Whole crew had to be dumb or high. The cashier (Hispanic with black glasses) said “I understand you don’t want any meat on your salad but what about bacon!” It’s really not funny but it was something to laugh about to help us deal with getting cursed out by the cars behind us and waiting in the drive thru for 30mins. Get home didn’t has anything to eat

This place is always hit or miss. .half the time the food and service is smh . . This time fries didnt seem fresh like they just redropped it or its been sitting for a few mins because it didnt have the same texture as something just made. Service was decent at best today. The young lady thats usually here taller blonde lady isn't here. .food and service is always better when shes here guess its her day off.

Please teach your young workers about professionalism while at work. I don't need to hear them cursing out loud by the front counter. The food was good here. I enjoyed the cashier who took my order. She was friendly and professional.
