Service is typically amazing at this location. Tonight was different there is an older lady that typically works in the evenings she was touching her phone with her gloves on and then handling my food which is a big no no. I've been in food service for 7 years and the germs that are on a cellphone screen is horrible. I asked her to change her gloves which she did but she seemed to have a major attitude about it. I will no longer go there when she is on shift. Also she wouldn't even finish my transaction I had to reach over and grab my own receipt.

First time experience in this place and I loved it. The workers were professional and nice, everybody had a great attitude and welcoming atmosphere. I didn't feel rushed or a burden for not knowing how it worked. Would highly recommend.

Ordered through the app for pickup. The food was wrong and tasted awful. When I came back and asked for a refund, the staff told me to come back tomorrow. I said that was unacceptable, I have already spent an hour of my time driving back and forth trying to fix their mistake and I haven't even eaten dinner, and asked for a manager. Before I even said a word on the phone he was hostile and dismissive and looking for excuses to not have to do his job. When the manager finally came in he was again hostile before I said a single word. He insulted me and my partner repeatedly. He complained about

I have had good experiences with this location in the past but this experience was extremely disappointing. The woman working at the front was extremely short and rude. Asking basic questions caused her annoyance and she felt the need to go above and beyond to be passive aggressive. The chicken was alright but the rice lacked all flavor with nothing but large pieces of cilantro. Unfortunately, this experience has made my partner and I not want to come back.
