We heard about the legendary Brand X burgers and had to come try them out ourselves. Clay is the owner and is so kind and great to chat with. He said he had already been much busier than anticipating, which is awesome for a Saturday at 11:45am. He told us how he loved going to Brand X burgers growing up and wanted to bring them back. We weren't around here when the original was here but they were fabulous burgers! Came to find a quiet place to study. The coconut chai is a MUST try. The owner is so nice and had a lot of good recommendations. The vibes here are really cool and it was nice and quiet I didn’t even need my noise canceling headphones, so if you get distracted by music like me -> this is the place for you. They also have a window if you don’t want to come inside and a nice seating area in the sun that will probably be perfect once it gets warmer.

Got a large blended latte and a medium hot latte. The medium hot was bigger than the large blended. Waste of my money. Its water down and has a hint of coffee so if that's your jam, go here
