we ordered two chicken burgers… we got two beef burgers. The burger was uncomfortably soft/soggy. soggy tacos too, cold fries. ugly dirty place, toilet and dining area - go somewhere else, anywhere else.

Clearly states its 24 hours. Arrived at 4:16 am and there are people inside eating. I went through the drive thru and the worker came out and told me hes closed. I asked why, its 24 hours and people are inside eating, he said. I'm closed.

Drive thru If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a regular buttery smashed jack combo and I was given a regular smash burger… it looks disgusting!!! I wasted money and time and my son’s nuggets looked burnt. I’m not sure what went on tonight at this location but it was not worth the money spent. Oh and I didn’t get a receipt either

The entire Night crew needs to be fired. This is the SECOND night in a row where I have pulled into this particular location at 2am and there are random guys hanging out in the parking lot, parked and just hanging outside of their vehicles like it’s the hang out spot for after hours. Again, same guy with the red jacket was there the previous night with other guys hanging out in the parking lot. I thought this was Palo Alto. It should NOT take 20 minutes for a preorder to be made and picked up. I sat in the drive through for almost half an hour last night for my order which I preordered 40 minu
