I came in for the 2 for $6 Fish and I didn't have to use the kiosks! HURRAY! 🤯 Maybe because I wanted extra sauce! I also want two (2) ketchup packets and two (2) honey mustards because the bottom bun is dry. But the total is NOT what I usually pay, so while I'm waiting, I see I was charged "a Rap Star" for a honey mustard!? REALLY --- 50¢!! Maybe it was to offset the pay for the Security Guard on premisis that I didn't need and/nor want! And who was more consumed with his phone entertainment than overall security! What is this . . . Shawshank!? Naw, I'm good! Won't stop at this place again!

Mobile users beware. I checked in for my order, but the app malfunctioned and got stuck on "staging." I was left waiting in spot #1 for 30 minutes. I actually called the store while I was waiting and expressed my concerns about the food being cold and stale by now. The lady on the phone assured me that she would "take care of me." Well, if by taking care of me means doing absolutely nothing and handing me $20 worth of stale food, then I guess she took real good care of me. I guess if these people feel an app glitch is not their fault, it's not their problem and screw the customer, right? They

They messed up my order. Various times spoke to a manager. He wasted my time for half an hour on the phone and I didn't get anything back out of it after they ruined 3 or 4 of my meals, cold food not made to order . management, didn't care, don't go here, go to the other mcdonald's in the area. The one on beach boulevard is better than this one by Knotts or the Westminster.One even the Stanton, 1 is better.Do not go to this McDonald's.It sucks especially at night.They're horrible , and the management doesn't do anything about it Avoid this Mcdonald's! Its 50 /50 they'll screw up your order

Pulled up to get a carry out order but my app froze when I hit order, so I was forced to go in and wait in line. Not too busy here today, but the drive-thru was jammin. The place was really clean, no trash on the tables or floor or counters. The staff were courteous and helpful and efficient and fast. I intended to get a fish sandwich but noticed it was only 10 am and therefore would have to purchase from the breakfast menu. My sausage and egg McMuffin was nice and hot and my coffee was black and strong and delicious. Great meal, fast and easy affordable. This McDonald's is very clean and tidy
